Shopping Terms
Most of all orders (especially expidited orders) received before 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time will ship
(if complete) that same day. Most orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will ship by 5 pm the following Monday. Any order placed on a Holiday will ship the following scheduled business day depending upon
USPS or UPS pickup shedule.

If an item is NOT in stock, we will notify you by e-mail.

All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in order to receive and exchange item. Items on sale will not be refunded only exchanged for different sizes or for other sale items. Original freight will not be credited on merchandise that is NOT a mistake in someway.

You will be notified within 24 hours if an item you have ordered is out of stock.
An online customer service representive will contact the customer and advise them of the wait time for the item that is backordered. The decision will be up to the customer.
